Three farmers from Al-Malam area, approximately 135 km north of Nyala, the capital of South Darfur, have been killed by armed herders.
A relative of the deceased told Darfur 24, that the incident occurred when a group of herders tried to enter their livestock into farms in the area of Ed Al-Nujaila 8 kilometers east of the city of Al-Malam.
