Darfur 24-El-Geneina
Two people have been killed and others wounded in El Geneina, the capital of West Darfur state, after they were shot by unknown gunmen.
Darfur 24 correspondent from Al-Genena reported that unidentified persons had opened fire on a car in Al-Jabal neighborhood coming from the village of Melli, 7 kilometers south of Al-Geneina, killing two people and wounding others.
Meanwhile the area of the incident took place is witnessing large tribal crowds and complete absence of government forces, the main streets are empty of pedestrians, and students have returned from schools to their homes.
