Federal Minister of Health Dr. Omar Al-Najeeb announced on Thursday April 22, that new death toll from coronavirus had reached 15.
Hosted on a talk show program on State radio , the minister of health said the true number of covid-19 cases could be higher than the reported figures, .
The minister stated that the Corona pandemic that struck the country showed the weakness and fragility of the health system.
The minister expressed his surprise that citizens in roads, markets and public places do not adhere to health requirements such as wearing masks and social distancing.
In a related context, the minister stated that vaccination with the Covid-19 vaccine is one of the “weapons “that the ministry uses to confronts the virus, explaining that the AstraZenka vaccine is a safe vaccine and does not pose a risk..
