January 29(Darfur24) fierce  fighting  between  Sudanese fighters, along with the Celica Movement  fighters on one hand, and  elements of the Russian company Wagner, on the other hand on Friday and Saturday, left  dozens of people dead , including 7 members of the Russian “Wagner” company in the border areas between Sudan and the Central African Republic.

Reliable  sources  told Darfur 24 that forces from the Silica rebel movement which fight the regime in  the Central African Republic  supported by Sudanese fighters clashed with fighters from the Russian company Wagner in the “Andaha” border area when Silica fighters and their Sudanese allies  ambushed  the Russian forces on the road between the town of “Sen Kilo” and the city of Andahas.

 

Darfur 24 newspaper revealed last November  large gathering of   Sudanese fighters in the border areas between Sudan and Central Africa, and no party at the time claimed responsibility for these forces;

 

However, the Vice -President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, revealed in early January the presence of forces on the border between the two countries being prepared with the aim of changing the regime by force in the Central African Reoublic.

In early  January Vice -President of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Mohamed Hamdan Daglo ordered deployment of Rapid Support forces on the border between Sudan and CAR to deter penetration of Sudanese fighter into CAR territory

 

Darfur 24 obtained pictures of the victims of the Russian soldiers and some of the military vehicles that were destroyed.
