El-geneina , March 20(Darfur24) Child Court in El Geneina, the capital of West Darfur State, issued a death sentence for a defendant convicted of raping an 8-year-old child in Ardamta area of El Geneina locality under Article 45/b of the Child Law.
According to the complaint submitted by the child’s family to the Family and Child Protection Police in El Geneina, the suspect took the child to a forest in the vicinity of Ardamta before he was raped.
