The second commander of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF ), Abdel Rahim Daglo, who is the elder brother of RSF commander Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo said his forces have prepared approximately 2,000 combat vehicles to attack the Northern and River Nile states.
Daglo was addressing a crowd of his soldiers in a secluded area, according to a video shown on RSF social media platforms.
Daglo said: “Today, 2,000 vehicles set out on their way to the Northern State. We were wrong and didn’t know where the battle was, but now we know and we are coming to you in the Northern State. The battle is in the Northern State and the River Nile.”
In his remarks, Dagalo sent a message to RSF officers to deal decisively with arms and ammunition dealers, saying, “Arms and ammunition dealers should be killed, and those who defend the NCP should be killed.” He pointed out that some members of the Rapid Support Forces were in their homes, and he instructed them to report them immediately to the front line, otherwise they would face dismissal and prosecution, he said.
