Kabbashi to appear

Lieutenant General Shams El-Din Al-Kabbashi, member of the Sovereignty Council, will appear before the investigation committee to answer questions pertaining to the dispersal of the sit-in in front of the General Command of the Armed Forces.
It’s worth noting that he will be the second military officer to be investigated by the sit-in dispersal committee.
Last week, the committee questioned Lieutenant General Yasser Al-Atta in three separate sessions that lasted 7 hours.
Hundreds of demonstrators were killed and thousands were injured in the incident of dispersing the sit-in in front of the General Command of the Armed Forces, on the third of June 2019, less than two months after the fall of Albashir regime.
