October 6, 2021 (Khartoum) Wagdy Saleh, member of the committee to dismantle the June 30 system and recover public funds, confirmed that the head of the judicial department, Abu Sbeiha, who issued judicial decisions today, had a stated and prior opinion on the dismantling law and in the dismantling committee, and that the department that issued the decisions did not ask the dismantling committee even the merits or files.
This came during a press conference held by the Dismantling Committee on Tuesday evening to respond to the judicial decisions issued by the Appeals Department of the Supreme Court.
He added that the committee respects the judiciary and works to enforce the law and respects the judiciary as a body, but it is against the remnants and their presence in the state apparatus to put the transitional period on the right track.
Wagdy stated that the 30th of June dismantling law clarified the methods of grievance against the decisions of the dismantling committee.
Wagdiy said “we are ready to face all the challenges and conspiracies being hatched against the revolution”, stressing that the committee has lists containing membership of the Islamic Movement, the National Congress party and People’s Security.
