Nine entities signatories to the Juba Peace Agreement  have handed over a memorandum to the head of the Sovereignty Council , Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, protesting  against  exclusion from representation in the current  government .

The memorandum, which was seen by darfur24 ,indicated that 6 organizations had  dominated  power, while 14 entities and groups that signed the Juba Agreement were excluded, and certain organizations were given three seats in the Sovereignty Council.

Darfur24 indicates that the two-year agreement did not have committees to follow up and monitor its implementation.

The memorandum accused  leaders of the SPLM, Agar and Arman, of excluding prominent leaders in the movement, in reference to Khamis Jalab, however, the memo also accused  leaders of the Sudan Liberation Movement and the Transitional Council member , Al-Hadi Idris and Nimr Abdel Rahman, of the same act.

The memorandum noted that the Darfur government did not comply with the 10% for the parties to the peace process in governing the region, and the 20% for stakeholders, which was stipulated in the agreement.

The memorandum demanded commitment to the implementation of the agreement and to address the imbalances and distortions  that occurred  during the last period.
