Khartoum, May 25 ( Darfur24) Sudan ministry of health SMoH announced Wednesday that 709people have been killed and over 5424 others injured since eruption of the war between the Sudanese army SAF and the Rapid Support Forces RSF in Mid April.
The ministry said in a statement “The war between the Sudanese army and RSF rebel forces led to the death of 709 and injury of 5425 others in the period between April 15 and May 22..
According to the statement, the ministry of health MoH put forward an emergency plan to provide medical services and medical supplies in close coordination with its partners from the national and international NGOs..
SMoH affirmed in its statement the importance of national and international NGOs role to boost and facilitate provision of proper service to the needy citizens..
