Ndjamena, July 8 (Darfur 24) Darfur24 has learned from informed sources that the deputy commander of the powerful paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Abdulrahim Dagalo arrived Saturday in the Chadian capital Ndjamena to meet leaders of the armed struggle movements ( Darfur path) who currently present in Ndjamena at invitation from the Chadian president Mohamed Idriss Deby.

Meanwhile, chairman of Sudan liberation movement (the transitional council) Alhadi Idriss and leader of Sudan liberation forces Altahir Hajar and head of Justice and equality movement Jibril Ibrahim and Minnawi Arko Minnawi also arrived in Chad on Friday.

Spokesperson of Sudan liberation movement (the transitional council) Abdulaziz Adam had earlier told Sudan Tribute that the visit of the leaders of Darfur struggle movements to Ndjamena came at a request of the Chadian president Mohamed Idriss Deby to discuss ways of stopping the war in Sudan, notably the conflict in Darfur region.

The source didn’t rule out that Abdulrahim’s departure from Sudan was aimed at traveling to Addis Ababa to meet Al-Burhan as requested by the Intergovernmental authority for development ( IGAD)
