March 11, 2020 (Khartoum) Spokesman of the Sudanese transitional government, Faisal Mohamed Saleh, announced that the cabinet had taken new security measures and plans to maintain the country’s security and safety.
Faisal revealed that a number of Sudanese citizens and foreigners have been detained over suspicion of involvement in the assassination attempt on Prime Minister Dr. Abdallah Hamdouk.
Saleh said on Wednesday, the American team of experts has arrived in Khartoum and will join the national investigation team to start revealing the circumstances of the assassination attempt.
