March 25, 2020 (Juba) The Revolutionary Front forces RFF has announced that it will send a delegation to Khartoum, to particiate in the funeral of the Sudanese Minister of Defense who died in Juba on Wednesday morning.
The Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Jamal Omar, had arrived in Juba a week ago to lead the negotiating team with the Revolutionary Front on the file of security arrangements.
A leader from the Revolutionary Front, Nimr Abdel Rahman, told (Darfur 24) that a delegation from the coalition that includes Darfur armed movements and the two area (Blue nile and South Kordofan), would accompany the body of the deceased to Khartoum.
In a related development, the South Sudan mediation team, stressed that the Security Arrangements Committee was able to accomplish most of its tasks and agreed on the need to establish a national, unpoliticized army.
