July 10, 2020 (Khartoum) The latest statistics released by the Directorate General of Emergency and Epidemic Control on Monday, shows that the spread of novel Corona Virus Disease in Sudan is decreasing
, with registration of 5 fatalities, 74 new confirmed cases and 126 recoveries.
Meanwhile, the report demonstrated that the number of deaths declined compared to Sunday, which witnessed 14 deaths, 87 new infections , and 40 recoveries.
“The total number of coronavirus confirmed case in the country has risen to 10158, including 5200 recoveries and 641 deaths” The ministry said in a report.
A breakdown of the new covid-19 cases in the east African country, shows that Khartoum has the highest number with 45 cases, followed by River Nile 12 infections, Red sea 6, North Kordofan 3, Aljazeera state
4, and one case in both central Darfur and west Kordofan.
