July 18, 2020 (Khartoum) The spokesman for the Sudanese Revolutionary Front ( SRF), Osama Saeed, has said that the upcoming peace agreement will open the way for a comprehensive national reconciliation that
does not exclude anyone.
Saeed’s statement, comes at a time when the Sudanese Transitional Government and the Revolutionary Front, have settled all the files that were raised at the negotiating table during the last period with
the exception of the security arrangement.
Osama Saeed, stressed that the appointment of civilian governors should undergo extensive consultations with all of the revolution’s partners, particularly the Revolutionary Front.
Sudan’s transitional government ,announced, early last week, that the selection of governors had been settled in 13 states, and that consultations were under way to resolve the matter with regard to the
remaining five states. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Hamdouk is continuing his consultations with various political and social forces to complete the States’ governors appointment process.
