August 1, 2020 – The Sudan Liberation Movement / Army, headed by Abdel
Wahed Mohamed Nour, has condemned the attack on Barungha village in
South Darfur.
The armed struggle movement said that  the bloody incident, had left
scores  dead and dozens  wounded, stressing that the attack was
carried out by criminal militias in revenge for its leader who was
arrested by the authorities and placed in prison before being released
in a manner Fishy.
In a statement received by Darfur 24,  SLM spokesman, Mohamed Abdel
Rahman Al-Nair, said that the attack left dozens of dead and wounded
citizens.

“A large numbers of livestock and private property were also looted”
Al-Nair concluded.
