November 7, 2020 (El-Geneina) A Chadian citizen was killed and three Sudanese citizens were kidnapped Friday, in the border strip between Sudan and Chad, against the background of armed fighting on both sides of the border.
A source told Darfur24 that Sudanese gunmen shot dead a Chadian man inside Chadian territory, seized his motorcycle and crossed with it to Sudan.
However, Darfur24 correspondent in El Geneina reported that there are large tribal crowds on both sides of the border strip.
Meanwhile, a civilian delegation from West Darfur State, in coordination with the Sudanese Chadian Joint Forces, moved to the incident area inside Chadian territory to calm down the tension.
