November 12, 2020 (Nyala) Darfur 24 has learned from close sources that the Empowerment Removal Committee ERC in South Darfur has gone a long way in investigating the second batch of corruption files of the former regime in the state.
The sources who preferred to remain anonymous, said that the committee is now investigating files related to looting of the premises of institutions linked to Salvation regime..
After the fall of the salvation regime, the transitional government issued a decree to confiscate the headquarters of the National Congress Party, and to dissolve all institutions and facades that belong to it.
The sources expected that the files, which were decided by the State Empowerment Removal Committee, would be announced at the Central Committee’s press conference today, Thursday
