Prince Ramadan Dajo, one of the princes of the Arab tribes in West Darfur, was found murdered on Saturday morning in his apartment in the Mohandessin neighborhood, in the suburb of Omdurman.
A relative of the diseased, Hussein Al-Jadi, told Darfur 24 that the prince had been subjected to an assassination operation in which narcotic substance was used.
He added”According to the medical report in the Omdurman morgue, there is a narcotic substance in the body of the tribal leader, in addition to a broken neck and bruises in different parts of the body”.
Hussein did not rule out that the crime was related to the tribal violence in West Darfur, and it was inferred that the perpetrators did not take any of the prince’s financial holdings.
