30.12.2021 (El-Fashir)North Darfur State Security Committee SSC has authorized government forces to use force to deal with insecurity in El Fasher, the state capital.
State Police Director Major General Abdel Karim Hamdo said after an emergency meeting of the state security committee Thursday that the security committee authorized the security forces to deal decisively with outlaws.
This week, the city of El Fasher witnessed a security breach that resulted in the storming of the former peacekeeping mission headquarters in Darfur, looting and sabotaging its possessions, in addition to attacking, looting and completely destroying the warehouses of the World Food Program, in addition to completely looting the stores of the Ministry of Education.
According to the police director ,the Security Committee called on the citizens of the state to stay away from the locations of the forces in order to preserve their own safety.
