Khartoum. March1(Darfur24) Sudan’s police revealed that 34 people were injured on Monday as government-defiant protesters took to the street in the capital Khartoum trying to reach the palace gate.
In a related development, security forces in the capital Khartoum arrested 77 protesters Monday including 5 children
According to a statement by the Ministry of Interior, a vehicle belonging to the security police working to secure the eastern gate of the ministry was destroyed, and 8 vehicles belonging to the Federal Ministry of Finance were destroyed and burned.
