El-Geneina, October 20(Darfur24) On Thursday, October 20, a member of the resistance committees was killed in Ardamta camp for the displaced people in El Geneina, the capital of West Darfur state.
The Geneina Resistance Committees said on their Facebook page that the hands of treachery had assassinated their sincere member ,Qamar, and called on the revolutionaries to go to the El Geneina Hospital mortuary for the funeral .
Sources told Darfur 24 that a gunman shot a member of the resistance committees in the Ardamta IDP camp f, Al-Sadiq Qamar.
The sources indicated that Al-Sadiq died of his injuries after being taken to Military Medical Hospital, and that the cause of the incident is still ambiguous.
Al-Sadiq was one of the well-known and out-spoken members of the resistance committees in the Ardamta IDP camp.
