Nyala, January 14(Darfur24) Commander of the  Rapid Support Forces RSF, Mohamed Hamdan dagalo   has ordered   deployment of  troops  in the border strip between Sudan and Central African Republic .

The decision to send troops to the border came after the deputy head of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council revealed an attempt by forces aimed at regime change in the Central African Republic from Sudanese territory.

Hemedti had earlier said    that his forces would close all borders with Central Africa Republic  to prevent any attack   launched from Sudanese  territory seeking to change regime in CAR.

Meanwhile, Darfur 24 learned from well-informed sources that the forces that began gathering and training operations in a camp close to the border with Central Africa at the end of last October were deported to a forested area about 100 kilometers inside CAR territories.

However,  the Rapid Support Forces intensified their deployment  in the border areas between the two countries, one of the sources said that the Rapid Support Forces penetrated into Central Africa until the “Um Kormayeh” area near the city of “Birao” and returned to its bases at the border.

A resident of the border city of Um Dafouk with Central Africa stated that the Rapid Support Forces completely closed the border crossings, and even stopped the movement of trade and the transportation of goods that used to be carried out by donkey  carts in the past periods.
