Sudan ministry of health announced on Saturday, 325 new coronavirus
cases, it’s the highest number of infections recorded in one day since
outbreak of the disease.
This brings total number of COVID-19 cases in the east African country
to 2289, including 97 fatalities.
“17 new coronavirus cases have recovered, lifting total number of
recoveries to 222” ministry said in a statement
The health ministry affirms that all coronavirus patients are
receiving proper medical care, urging citizens to abide by preventive
measures and immediately report suspected COVID-19 cases.
