June 24, 2020 (Khartoum) The epidemiological report of the Sudanese Ministry of Health revealed, on Sunday, that the number of new deaths and infections of the Coronavirus have decreased in the country
compared to the statistics of the last Friday and Saturday.
Meanwhile, the ministry of health has recorded 93 new COVID-19 cases, raising total number of confirmed infections in the country to 8889.
“100 patients have recovered, bringing total recovery to 3699” the ministry said in a statement.
Seven peo ple died from coronavirus pandemic on Sunday, lifting death toll to 548, since the killer disease first emerged in the east African country.
A breakdown of the news COVID-19 infections, show that only two states have recorded new cases, Khartoum 89and North Darfur 4 cases.
