President of South Sudan, Lieutenant General Salva Kiir, has officially announced the start of negotiation between the delegation of the Sudanese transitional government and the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement – North led by leader Abdel Aziz Adam Al-Hilu.
Today, Salva Kiir addressed the procedural session of the peace negotiations between the Sudanese government and the SPLM in Juba, the capital of South Sudan. The session was also addressed by the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, Prime Minister Dr. Abdullah Hamdok and Commander Abdul Aziz Al-Hilu, Chairman of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement.
