South Sudanese Bandits  have  abducted  four Sudanese citizens from  an area near the border town of Al Radom , between Sudan and South Sudan.

Relatives of the abductees, told Darfur24 that the South Sudanese gang had first kidnapped a young man named Yacoub Suleiman Jamaa, 27 years old, when he was grazing in the border areas in the vicinity of Radom locality.

He explained that the kidnappers contacted the young man’s family, and invited them to the Farqa area to receive their son, but they betrayed them and arrested them, and demanded a ransom of 4.4 million pounds in exchange for their release.

He stated that the amount requested by the kidnappers is too much and difficult for citizens to provide in the specified period, at a time when the kidnappers threatened to transfer the kidnappers to the city of Wau if the ransom was not paid within 10 days.
