Khartoum, September 20(Darfur24) The Sudanese Ministry of Health announced the registration of 5 new cases of monkeypox, including two in West Darfur, one in Khartoum State, one in Kassala State, and one in North Darfur.
The Director of the General Department of Health Emergencies and Epidemiology at the Ministry, Dr. Muntasir Muhammad Othman, said that the registration of the five new infections, brings total cases of monkeypox in the country to seven.
