Alradom, October 4(Darfur24) A number of residents in Al-Maraya area in Radom locality, 360 km south of Nyala, capital of South Darfur, complained of the emergence of allergic cases that affect the body with ulcers and cause pain and fever

Medical sources told Darfur 24 that eleven  people  had this allergy.

The locality of Radom is one of the areas where gold mining is active, in which mercury and cyanide materials are used to extract gold, which are harmful to humans.

Residents of the Al-Maraya area appealed to the Ministry of Health to intervene urgently by sending medical teams to investigate, to find out these allergies, and they said that cases are constantly increasing unless they are contained.
