Khartoum, November 16(Darfur24) Hajjar boarding school committee in Khartoum said the man who raped a student at gunpoint in Khartoumlast January was sentenced to 10years in prison.
According to the committee’s statement seen by Darfur 24 – the court in Omdurman sentenced the convict to 10 years in prison for the crime of rape, and 6 months for the crime of theft, in addition to a fine of 100,000 pounds.
A student at Al-Ahfad University was raped at gunpoint in Hajjar’s boarding school on the evening of the twenty-sixth of last January.
