El-Daein, July 11(Darfur 24)Surgeon at El-Daein teaching hospital, Yousuf Ibrahim said 2 to 3 people admitted to the hospital everyday due to indiscriminate shooting in the city.
“Indiscriminate shooting in the city has led to the killing of a 13 year old girl and injury of 100 others since eruption of the conflict between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces RSF. Yousuf added ”
The city of El-Daein is one of Darfur region cities that have witnessed direct confrontations between the Sudanese army and the paramilitary rapid support forces RSF.
Arms trade has recently flourished in El-Daein , where arms dealers publicly test their weapons a matter that leads to the death and injury of innocent people.
