Nairobi , November 5 (Darfur 24) The two offices of Darfur 24 electronic newspaper in Nyala and Khartoum have been looted and damaged by unknown perpetrators.

Ibrahim Abdullah, a humanitarian worker whose organization’s office is adjacent to the main office of Darfur 24 in the city of Nyala, the capital of South Darfur state, said that unknown persons had looted and vandalized the office of Darfur24 online newspaper in Nyala.

Darfur 24 also learned from a person in Khartoum whose name is withheld for security reasons that its branch office in the capital, Khartoum, was looted and damaged by unidentified people.

Darfur 24’s inguiry into the case of its two looted offices revealed that the attackers looted 6 laptop computers, photographic equipment, sabotaged satellite communications network equipment, embedded software components, two photocopying printers, and looted chairs and tables of different sizes and water coolers.
