Four people were killed, including a woman and two children, as military aircraft bombed Saturday, Al-Thawra neighborhood, in the Dabaibat city, in South Kordofan state.
The brother of the deceased, Ali Ahmed, told Darfur 24 that his brother, Suleiman, was studying at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of West Kordofan and was on his way to the market to buy the family’s needs, but a shell fell from an Antonov plane, killing him instantly, in addition to a woman her two children.
Residents who spoke to Darfur 24 denounced the targeting of residential neighborhoods by warplanes and the killing of defenseless, innocent people.
