First Deputy Chairman of the Sovereign Council, Lieutenant General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, Hemedti, said that the widespread recruitment process by some fake movement is baseless.
Hemeti at the same time absolved the movements that signed Juba peace agreement from this recruitment, warning those he described of being simple victims of this deception.
Addressing a public meeting in the city of Sennar on Wednesday Dagalo said that the law will affect everyone involved in this recruitment process.
