Nyala ,May 7(Darfur24) Four people were killed, including 3 players from a football team, and 5 others were injured in Kalma camp for the displaced, 15 km east of Nyala, capital of South Darfur, after being shot by an armed force this afternoon.

The head of Kalma camp for the displaced, Ishaq Muhammad Abdullah, told Darfur 24 that two militiamen on board two four-wheel drive vehicles attacked the camp from the southwestern side during a football team training, and fired a hail of bullets, which led to the killing of 3 players and a brick-making worker.

He said the wounded and the bodies were taken to a police station to complete the investigations and procedures for burying the bodies and transporting the wounded to the hospital.
