April 12, 2020 (Elfashir) Over 12 international organizations have pledged to pay 271 thousand dollars , 52 thousand euros, as well as 4 million Sudanese pounds, to the government of North Darfur, as assistance to prevent spread of Covid-19 in the country.
The Supreme Coordination Committee to address the Coronavirus in North Darfur state , prepared an integrated plan of several axes that were presented to international organizations, demanding provision of support and assistance to the state to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.
In an interview with Darfur24, the Humanitarian Aid Coordinator, Ibrahim Ahmed Hamid said international organizations have pledged to pay 271 thousand dollars , 52 thousand euros in addition to four million Sudanese pounds, as a contribution rehabilitate all quarantine centers in El-fashir, North Darfur.
