Eldaein Jan 26(Darfur 24)Last night, Sudanese army aircrafts bombed city of El Daein, the provincial capital of East Darfur State, and dropped several shells on government and private buildings without causing any casualties.

Civil activist in Al-Daein, Abdul Rahman Jaboura, wrote on his Facebook timeline that the strike hit the Government Secretariat Mosque, part of the leather tannery, and the medical supplies store. In addition to the headquarters of the 20th infantry army Division, which is located outside the city to the south.

The city’s hospitals did not receive any injuries or deaths among civilians or soldiers as a result of the falling projectiles, according to activists who circulated news of the airstrikes.
