Dr. Hamdouk met, yesterday, at his office, the Committee’s Chairman, Dr. Nabil Adeeb in the presence of the Cabinet Affairs Minister, Eng. Khaled Omar.
Head of the investigation committee of the sit-in dispersal, Nabil Adeeb told Darfur 24 that he informed the prime minister of the difficulty of setting a date for the end of the investigation unless the committee receives sufficient support to facilitate its work.
The Transitional Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdouk, on Sunday, renewed the Transitional Government commitment to provide the requested support to the Committee Investigating into the incidents of breaking up the Sit-ins before the Army HQs.
Adeeb complained about the “pressures” that the committee is being subjected to on social media, and considered that according to his statement, it did not create an appropriate atmosphere that would help the committee to carry out its work as required.
